A $50 cancellation fee will be applied if canceling more than a week in advance, and no refund will be available if canceling the week of the party.
All guests must have a WAIVER on file to participate.
In light of the mandated AHS health standards for events and to ensure the safety of all staff and participants, the following policies have been put in place for all birthday parties.
Maximum 20 party attendees (including guests, siblings, and adults)
All participants will be required to wash or sanitize their hands upon entry into the facility.
Activities and games facilitated in the gym will be ones that allow for social distancing. Don’t worry; there are LOTS of fun games and activities we can still do!
Equipment will be sanitized between participant usage.
Cheer themed parties will include learning jumps, motions, tumbling, and a short routine. It will not include stunting at this time.
The bouncy castles will not be used until further notice.
Coaches will wear masks if spotting is required or when social distancing can not be maintained.
Food Policies:
Only single-serving style food will be permitted.
If the birthday child is blowing out candles, it must be on a single piece of cake or cupcake to ensure they are not blowing on servings that will be distributed to others.

What safety standards are in place?
Safety is our number one priority. We have implemented safety standards that either meet or exceed those as required by AHS. You can view a full list of our new cleaning and sanitization standards at the following link.

Programming will be facilitated to ensure participants are maintain physical distancing throughout the day.
Additional hand sanitization measure are enforced throughout the day.
Parents will be required to complete a screening questionnaire each day prior to drop off.
Is my child required to wear a mask?
Because our programming is facilitated to ensure participants are maintaining the recommended 2 meter distance between each other, mask wearing is optional for participants. All staff will be wearing masks.
How will you ensure that participants are maintaining physical distancing while participating in classes in the gym?
We have developed a comprehensive list of games and activities that still allow participants to have fun, get moving, and stay safe. Since re-opening we have been able to facilitate all our tumbling classes in a way that maintains distance between participants.
How will the staff assist with school work?
Premier Academy staff will assist participants with the curriculum and tasks provided by the school district they are registered with.
Staff will support by answering questions and ensuring all required assignments are completed.
How will the day be structured?
In general, here is how each day will be structured. We also know that some students will have occasional Google Meets with teachers, which we will structure their days around.

All children must be signed in and out by a parent or authorized pick-up contact each day.
Only those who have been designated to pick up a child are allowed to pick up.
If someone else is picking up your child, we will ask that you complete an “Add a Contact” form in advance.
Medications:
A child may not receive medication of any kind unless it is required by a doctor.
Parents/guardians must place medicine in a Ziploc bag with a child’s name, dosage, and frequency. Medication must be provided in the original container with pharmacy/doctor instructions and label.
Illness:
Please inform the director immediately if your child develops any of the following symptoms:
Fever
Cough
Redness of the eyes or itchy eyes
Sore throat or hoarse voice
Students with these symptoms will not be allowed to attend kids camp until they are 24 hours free of symptoms or have a doctor’s note.
Additional hand-sanitizing measures and social distancing – as possible – will be monitored and enforced throughout the school year.

Names must be marked on all personal items. Premier Academy is NOT responsible for lost, broken, or stolen items.
In an effort to better suit children during activities and playtime, some activities may require us to divide children by age group. Siblings who would like to stay together would go with the younger of the two groups.
Before & After Care:
Before Care opens at 7:30 a.m. Due to staffing requirements, parents may not drop off children prior to that time.
Children must be picked up by 5:30 p.m. Fees will apply for children not picked up by 5:30 p.m.
Fee Policies:
Discounts will not be given for missed days due to illness or vacation.
Virtual Learning Support Program is not included for Statutory Holidays or days that school is out. Additional care may be provided on those days through Premier Academy for an additional fee.
A 30-day notice is required in order to cancel.
Automatic charges will occur on the 25th of the month prior.
