Virtual Classes Schedule

Keep up with your training right from home!  Our virtual training program offers 35 to 45 minute class that can be done in the comfort of your own home. You’ll only need a 4ft x 6ft space (carpet or hard floor), ordinary household items (no expensive equipment or mats) and a computer or mobile device.

Our safety-certified instructors will warm up the class, focus on strength, flexibility, balance, agility and coordination as well as provide drills so your child can safely practice at home.

TUMBLING

Our tumbling program is the perfect place to start if you’re looking for something fun and challenging for your child. Our athletes work at their own pace and individual skill level during our beginner classes. Our safety-certified instructors teach by using safe, at-home friendly drills. The goal is to have fun and teach new skills. Our athletes are always encouraged to set personal goals and work with coaches virtually and independently to achieve those goals

STRENGTH &
CONDITIONING

These classes are perfect for young and old!  Choose from Stretch and Flex, 30 Minute Sweat, Beast Base Legs or Get Fit Classes to get your heart pumping and body moving.  We know that keeping active is so important to our mental health as well as our physical health.  So let’s get moving together!

CHEERLEADING

Our Virtual Cheerleading classes focus on jumps, stunting skills and drills, flexibility and dance. Choose from beginner or intermediate dance class, jump technique and conditioning class and flyer training class.

VIRTUAL PRIVATE LESSONS

Keep working on your skill from the comfort of your home.  We will be able to facilitate virtual private lessons to work on drills that will progress your child onto their next skill.
